Why this project? And what about it?
The Bonding Project’s purpose was to create a visual product in order to demonstrate one’s understanding “[…] about the way atoms form new compounds through chemical bonding […]” (Hughes, Houston, & Fox 2018), as well as to explain “[…] how chemical bonding works and why it matters” (Hughes, Houston, & Fox 2018), specifically about man-made materials.
The research question specifically made for this website and project, was; “how does the use of methylphenidate impact the lives of people with ADHD [(Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)]?”
This question manages to cover a main idea, as well as a chemical compound which is actually used more often than people might think, largely due to the name provided above.
